This rum is produced in one of the most beautiful sugar cane plantations in Mauritius. The freshly extracted molasses is naturally fermented for a specific period of time and, thanks to the master distiller's skill, is transformed into rum with an exceptional aroma and taste of sugar cane and exotic fruits. The rum is matured mainly in French oak barrels.
