Terms and Conditions

This expression is also the result of the blending of 6 ex-bourbon barrels. Except that here, we know that the whisky has rested in these casks in Ireland for at least 10 years. As with Watershed, each bottle is numbered. The 47% reduction is also made with water from Ballindoney Farm.

The nose opens with fresh oak before transforming into warm toffee sauce with notes of chocolate and vanilla. On the palate it's sweet... honey interspersed with lemon and even pepper notes. The finish is long, with oak, a little tannin and a hint of ginger.
