Belgian Organic Gin (37.5% 70cl)
The 1836 Organic Pink Gin is a Belgian gin 100% organic with an ABV of 37.5% vol., crafted by the Radermacher Distillery. Its surprising pink colour comes from an infusion of cherry in a gin made from certified organic wheat distillate. Its recipe notably combines juniper berries, orange peel, bergamot, cardamom, elderflower and lemon peel. A decidedly fruity gin that retains the aromatic and spicy character typical of gin.
NOSE : Sweet and fragrant, with an interesting combination of juniper berries and maraschino cherry.
PALATE : Bold fruity and floral attack, gradually giving way to a multitude of spicy notes.
