Belgian Organic Gin (42% 70cl)
The 1836 Organic Barrel Aged Gin is a Belgian organic gin with an alcohol content of 42 % vol., crafted by the Radermacher Distillery, founded in 1836 and the oldest distillery in Belgium. It is made from an infusion in a certified organic wheat distillate of various plants, roots, and fruits: juniper berries, coriander, orange and lemon peels, rosemary, anise, and sweet woodruff. It then rests for 6 months in oak barrels that previously contained Belgian whisky Lambertus, which impart roundness, complexity, and delicate woody notes.
NOSE : Intense and complex floral bouquet, marked by a subtle blend of spices and aromatic plants.
PALATE : Magnificent round attack, evolving towards a rich and floral profile. The overall experience is harmonious, smooth, and particularly aromatic.
FINISH : Very long and persistent, supported by a beautiful woody note from its barrel aging.
