Finglassie 2017 R&B

Finglassie is the name of the heavily peated whisky produced by the Inchdairnie distillery in the Lowlands region of Scotland. This refers to 5,000 bottles of this 2017 small batch whisky (Rest & Be mentions a vatting of at least 20 casks) that's 5 years old, matured in ex-Islay casks with an additional finish in Oloroso casks and bottled at 46%. A relatively unknown name in the Scottish whisky scene, but one that deserves exploration!
