Belgian Organic Gin (43% 70cl)
The 1836 Organic Gin is crafted by the Radermacher Distillery, founded in 1836 and one of the oldest distilleries in Belgium. It is presented as the first certified organic Belgian gin. Made from an infusion in a distillate of certified organic grains, it combines 11 herbs, roots and fruits : juniper berry, bergamot, lemon peel, coriander, angelica, orange peel, cardamom, lavender, elderflower, cinnamon and pine. A particularly rich blend that gives it a complex and refined aromatic profile.
NOSE : Fresh, refined and floral bouquet, whose subtlety and complexity come from the blend of numerous spices and aromatic plants.
PALATE : Delicate attack with softness and lightness, evolving towards warm and spicy sensations. The whole is harmonious, smooth and particularly fine.
FINISH : Sweet and aromatic, following the floral and spicy notes.
