AEROLITE LYNDSAY is a ten year old peated single malt from an unknown distillery on the island. Matured mainly in bourbon casks with some maturation in Spanish oak quarter casks, this bold, independent and complex whisky is perfect for indulging in.

NOSE: Sea peat with notes of iodine intermixed with honey sweetness, sweet paprika and salted caramel. Apples and lemons appear later.

TASTE: Smoke now returns alongside dark mint chocolate, coffee and new leather with honey.

FINISH: Mint candy, liquorice, campfire smoke, ash and a pinch of salt.

AEROLITE LYNDSAY is an anagram of the words "TEN YEAR OLD ISLAY" ... but you've probably already noticed :)
