Belgian Owl 5 Years "Thematic Series" Coffee

Collaborations are rare but disruptive! It's this same wish for inventiveness that brought together the two Liège brands, BELGIAN OWL and CAFÉS CHARLES LIÉGEOIS, to create the new delicate nectar that is this Coffee-Finished Whisky.

This 5-year-old Single Malt Whisky perfected its finish through casks previously containing a coffee spirit. This spirit was created using over 100 kg of coffee beans from the Republic of Congo, sourced near the region of Lake Kivu. The coffee bean variety used is a bio and Fairtrade "ARABICA BLUE MOUNTAIN," finely selected by the local brand CHARLES LIEGEOIS.

NOSE: Vanilla, roasted cereals, spices.

PALATE: Oily, caramel, composted fruits, vanilla, mocha, dark chocolate, oak spices.

FINISH: Beautiful length, spicy.
