It is 52% OUR 3 year old rye whiskey, blended with 31% 6 year old whiskey and 17% 10 year old whiskey from Alberta, Canada.
NOSE: Smooth and aromatic, with vanilla, maraschino, roasted chestnut and cigar box notes.
PALATE: Oak, caramel and baking spices followed by sweet notes of crème brûlée and rose petals.
FINISH: Warm and lingering with a pleasant rye spice.
