Indian Single Malt Whisky (57.1% 70cl)
L’Amrut Intermediate Sherry – 57.1 % has a particularly original maturation: 3 years in ex-Bourbon casks and new casks, followed by one year in Sherry casks, before returning for one year in ex-Bourbon casks. It is bottled without colouring and without filtration.
NOSE : Very fruity with plum, prunes and peach. Sweet and slightly spicy, with white pepper, vanilla and cinnamon.
PALATE : Leather, cherry, grapes and honey. An oily and sweet mouthfeel.
FINISH : Long and warm, with a slight note of liquorice.
