A superb Irish single malt whiskey that has been patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and virgin Kelvin Cooperage oak barrels. Unchill-filtered and without colouring.

NOSE: Hay, oak chips, sawdust, vanilla.

PALATE: Light fruit but well marked by black pepper.
