Terms and Conditions

Kaski is an agricultural term. In traditional agriculture, it is the action of cutting the grain and then setting fire to the soil. This first phase represents a new beginning.

Kaski has only been aged in Sherry casks, hence its burnt brown sugar colour.

NOSE: subtle, fruit, sherry and light peat notes.

PALATE: sweet, cereal and rich. Powerful, expressive, woody, sherry, bitter orange, chocolate. Then vanilla and toffee.

FINISH: Spicy and tastes like raisin cake.
