Organic
Hernö is one of the northernmost distilleries in the world. It is located in the north of Sweden, in the village of Dala. The gin is distilled in a German pot still with a capacity of 250 liters. The entire gin production process is artisanal, and all the ingredients are natural. Ingredients: juniper berries, coriander, meadowsweet, cassia, black pepper, vanilla, Lingonberry (Arctic berries), lemon peel.
NOSE: Dominated by juniper with hints of citrus and pepper.
PALATE: Again juniper, with floral and citrus notes.
FINISH: Long, warm, and spicy, yet still smooth.
