Belgian Owl 5 Years "Thematic Series" Coffee

Immerse yourself in this authentic experience created by two experts at the peak of their craft: whisky and coffee. The drive to innovate has always been part of Belgian Owl's DNA. As a result, collaborations are rare but always groundbreaking! It’s this same spirit of creativity that brought together the two Liège-based brands, Belgian Owl and Cafés Charles Liégeois, to create a new, delicate nectar: whisky finished with a coffee touch.

This 5-year-old Single Malt Whisky was perfected in barrels that previously held a coffee spirit. The coffee spirit was made using over 100 kg of coffee beans from the Democratic Republic of Congo, near the shores of Lake Kivu. The coffee beans used are an organic and Fairtrade variety, "Arabica Blue Mountain", carefully selected by the local brand Charles Liégeois.

Nose: Vanilla, roasted grains, spices.

Palate: Oily, caramel, stewed fruit, vanilla, mocha, dark chocolate, oak spices.

Finish: Long and spicy.

This thematic series, already a collector’s item, is limited to just 1,000 bottles.
