Arran Rare Batch Argonne Cask 15 Years

The EXTREMELY RARE casks for this bottling come from the Argonne Forest in northeastern France. They were previously used for maturing still wines by a traditional winemaker near the village of Ay. This Single Malt has matured in these precious oak casks for the past 15 years! Limited edition of 3,060 bottles worldwide.

NOSE: A warm spring day in the garden... Do you still remember? Very soft cedarwood, a touch of Andalusian wood and incense contrast with freshly pressed white grapes, sweet pink apple, and orange blossom.

PALATE: A sparkling and oily texture heightened by a higher alcohol volume than usual. It's picnic time with juicy fruit platters, a sweet vanilla and orange cake with a hint of nutmeg, warm brioches, and a mango puree.

FINISH: Warm spices, oak tannins, and mandarin liqueur.
