Indian Single Malt Whisky (50% 70cl)
TheAmrut Kadhambam – 50 % is an Indian Single Malt matured in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, brandy and rum casks. Rich, floral and honeyed, it develops notes of nuts, vanilla and tropical fruits, accompanied by a very slight touch of peat and spices. This limited edition, complex and with a very long finish, has received the Best Cask Innovation at the Malt Maniacs Awards 2011 in London.
Its profile also presents a sweet character from the rum casks, notes of berries from the Sherry, as well as blood orange reminiscent of a liqueur, candied cherry and clementine.
