Tipperary 2002 17 Years Single Bourbon Cask

This whisky is the result of various selections made by Stuart Nickerson and his team at Tipperary Boutique Distillery from casks made by other Irish distillers.

NOSE: It's very fruity, with ripe pear, apple, maybe even a little pineapple or peach! There is also some well-integrated spice, almost melting into a pie of the above fruits.

PALAIS: it's velvety, it's super silky. The 57.23% is definitely well hidden, if someone tells me that this whisky is 46% I won't contradict them. The fruit is still there, but the spices take the lead for a few moments, which also brings a bit of freshness before the return of this fruity and creamy pie!
