After Sauternes, Margaux and Amarone, the 46% Small Batch RECIOTO WINE Cask is the latest addition to the TEELING'S SOMMELIER SELECTION series. RECIOTO is a sweet red wine with an intense aromatic profile, originating from the Veneto region in north-eastern Italy.

The whisky is again based on the standard TEELING Small Batch, but has received an additional 16 months maturation in carefully selected old RECIOTO casks. This limited edition combines the fruity notes (cranberries, plums, cherries) of the RECIOTO casks with the floral and tropical notes of TEELING Small Batch. An exceptional profile!

NOSE: Floral Turkish delight, tannic cranberries and cherries, with a light plum jam.

PALATE: Dried plums, cranberries, cherries, bright spices and a hint of rosewater.

FINISH: Long finish, dark chocolate and pistachio.
