Dada Chapel Gin

"Not the new, not the old, but the necessary." These words of the Dadaist Tristan Tzara are not only found on the bottle of the new Dada Chapel Organic Dry Gin, they were also the inspiration for their most recent creation. Where other gin producers are looking for more and more exotic ingredients or spices, the GANTOIS Dadaists have gone back to basics by using only ONE INGREDIENT: JUNIPER BERRY.

But in what proportion? For each 300 litre distillation, they use no less than 120 kilos of juniper berry which they use in 3 different ways. Finally the gin is bottled unfiltered at 47.4%.

The result is a robust and complex gin that naturally clouds up when mixed with tonic, while offering the strong juniper berry character that purists crave. In Odd We Trust!
