Boukman Botanical Rum

Boukman is one of the traditional drinks from Haiti known as 'clairin trempé', an artisanal spiced rum based on the island's famous agricole rum infused with spices and indigenous wild plants. The taste is dry and spicy compared to the sweet and syrupy versions of other spiced rums, with notes that include cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla pods, tarragon, almond paste, and blackberries.

NOSE: Powerful, cinnamon, cardamom;

PALATE: Full, almond paste, vanilla, bitter orange;

FINISH: Sweet, slightly vegetal and fruity notes.
