This bottling comes from a blend of Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks to create greater depth and complexity. It has been bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered, to retain the true character of the whisky.
50 PPM – HEAVILY PEATED
NOSE: Dominant smoke followed by sweet vanilla, a bit of sherry, and spices. Grasses and grains with sweet smoke.
PALATE: Dominant smoke, followed by caramel and vanilla. Smooth oaky chocolate atop a spicy, earthy smoke. Complexity stretches across the palate.
FINISH: Burnt heather on the Highlands' hills... and nowhere else!
