Baie des Trésors Fleurs du Vent

The parcellaire agricole rum, Baie des Trésors, cuvée Fleurs du Vent, is a rum of airy delicacy. On the Caravelle Peninsula, caressed by the trade winds and relatively protected from tropical downpours, the dry plots of Spoutourne give birth to an extremely subtle rum. The relative aridity of the places, the work of the wind, has caused a beautiful concentration of primary aromas in the sugarcane, which are very present after distillation and aging. The maturation in American oak barrels enriches the Baie des Trésor - Fleurs du Vent rum with a delightful touch that complements the floral tones perfectly. Its nose is subtle. Notes of coconut give it an initially pastry tone. Narcissus flowers mingle with the enchanting bouquet of exotic flowers. With aeration, the notes become almost balsamic and resinous.

On the palate, the attack is smooth. While the tannins structure the palate, the evanescence of exotic flowers brings sweetness. The more spicy flavors give it freshness for an airy finish.
